For LTL: palletize properly, stretch-wrap, label every side, and provide accurate weight + dimensions + freight class (our LTL form auto-calculates class from density). For truckload: confirm dock hours, provide BOL details upfront, and let us know about any liftgate, residential, or appointment requirements. For rail carload: confirm siding/transload access, provide STCC and hazmat/UN details, and share commodity weight per car. We'll send a packing checklist with every quote if you need one.
